Sample Coordinator

JW Anderson is looking for a full-time Sample Coordinator.

The Role:

• Coordinating the send outs of samples for Press and VIPs Internationally
• Coordination of the different collections and manage them through the tool Fashion GPS
• Maintain and organize the PR showroom
• Fulfil and follow up all sample requests until their return to the showroom
• Contact with messengers and courier services

Requirements:

• 1-year of experience in the PR department of a fashion brand
• Excellent communication skills with stylists, press, influencers and VIPs
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
