JW Anderson is looking for a full-time Sample Coordinator.
The Role:
- Coordinating the send outs of samples for Press and VIPs Internationally
- Coordination of the different collections and manage them through the tool Fashion GPS
- Maintain and organize the PR showroom
- Fulfil and follow up all sample requests until their return to the showroom
- Contact with messengers and courier services
Requirements:
- 1-year of experience in the PR department of a fashion brand
- Excellent communication skills with stylists, press, influencers and VIPs
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
