Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is on a multi-year transformational journey to "Digitize the Value Chain", to reinvent the way we work by leveraging our talent and creativity with a data driven focus, innovations, lean processes, & modern technologies. This transformation initiative consists of COE teams across 4 Tracks: Product Transformation, Supplier Collaboration, Supply & Demand Alignment, and Data. The four COE teams will lead the organization through the transformation and:
• Prioritize & sequence new Capabilities & the transition of Brand/Category/Supplier
• Design & harmonize the Processes & Solutions
• Support & educate the Business & Suppliers on the deployments
• Continually identify new opportunities to enhance and mature future ways of working
• Follow the ceremonies and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework This role will lead the Supply/Demand team and transform how we manage our supply chain (raw material procurement through DC) to align inventory to customer demand. The Business Transformation Lead will partner closely & collaborate with Product Transformation, Data and Analytics, and Supplier Collaboration teams to ensure cross-track continuity. The COE teams will leverage key existing technologies at RL in PLM, SAP, 3D Product Assets while implementing new technology/capabilities Riversand, Logility/NGC, and o9.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
● Establish and communicate a clear vision to the Supply & Demand Alignment team to enable the delivery of value. ● Define and communicate the business requirements and process vision. ● Partner with program and portfolio leadership on Vision, Roadmap, and ROI (benefits) ● Lead the team in Capability Design sessions to advance business process and technology solutions across the organization; including identification of opportunities and strategies. ● Partner with Program Leadership to plan quarterly deliverables Program Increments (PI) ● Act as the Voice of the Business to ensure alignment to business needs and adoption of RL users communicating and socializing the supply chain priorities with internal and external partners ● Own, prioritize & maintain team requirements and leads team execution on implementation of supply chain strategy. ● Write initial user stories and work with the team to plan work for iterations. ● Understand and align with IT project delivery and scope; collaborating with stakeholders and IT to ensure the fitness of solutions ● Review and contribute to presentations and lead system demos & iteration retrospectives to improve processes

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Business experience in large organization supply chain roles (sourcing raw materials, manufacturing products, supply / demand, store inventory and transport shipments to consumers or wholesalers)
* Experience process mapping and implementing consultative methodologies
* Proven track record of leading a sustained continuous improvement culture and of delivering valuable enterprise results
* Experience building and leading strong teams of digitally proficient and empowered knowledge workers
* Be comfortable with ambiguity and champion bold new ideas to improve processes
* Ability to thrive and lead the team in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment
* Demonstrate a strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and innovative solution development
* Excellent ability to communicate and translate complex concepts to IT and Stakeholders
* Familiarity with agile delivery concepts is a plus #LI-EJ
