Position Overview
Support the Ralph Lauren organization in the areas of Communications, Business Process, Task Management, Workstreams, Payroll.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Coordinate cadence, distribution and execution of all storeline tasks via task management tool. Follow up when needed.
* Provide ongoing reporting and visibility to task compliance; follow up
* Coordinate weekly communication to the field and corporate partners on key initiatives
* Respond to store issues and manage response from cross functional team
* Publish reports
* Partner to develop and implement action plans
* Contribute to store line profitability through strategic involvement
* Coordinate and run workstreams
* Complete Aribia expenses
* Approve gift card ordering
* Assist with supply ordering
* Assist with Create Your Own Workstream, follow up, training and execution
* Participate in store openings and visits
* Assist with Ryder Ownership for stores

* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment and successful completion of all project tasks
* Lead Ad Hoc projects based on business needs
* Experience with process change
