JOB PURPOSE

The Fabric Development Administrator will support the Fabric Developers and the Fabric Development Manager on all aspects of administration for the relevant RTW collections.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter and maintain accurate Fabric information in the databases and files
  • Collate and organise fabric deliveries information from the relevant suppliers
  • Collate and organise fabric tech sheet from supplier
  • Raise POs in SAP for fabric sample lengths
  • Maintain Fabric Library and assist X- functional partners (RMP and RME) when swatches are required
  • Maintain PLM System, ensuring it is always up to date


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Some experience in a similar role for a fashion house required
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring carrying out administrative tasks with accuracy
  • Good communication skills, able to effectively share information with the team in a clear, concise way
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
  • Computer skills: PLM and Excel
