Your job is to enable our Italian Retail employees to consistently perform at high levels by defining the learning needs and designing, delivering, and following up on the learning curriculum in partnership with the Retail organizations and in line with the business requirements.
You will follow trends in retail and help advise the business on how we could be impacted and how we can develop our people to effectively deliver on all targets

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new and enhance existing training programs for our retail store staff using different methods: digital, remote, blended, F2F, with a strong focus on digital learning and in Store activation.
  • Ensure successful and consistent execution of training programs by developing and delivering Train the Trainer programs
  • Build in measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the training plans, to ensure learning objectives have been met, performance improvement has taken place and ROI can be effectively measured. (KPI's)
  • Work closely with HQ HR teams to define on-going needs and ensure that required training supports key business initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Omnichannel Department to ensure alignment regarding tools, training and communication.
  • Provide program management for multiple projects, ensuring the project meets identified deadlines for completion, and budget.
  • Manage and build effective business relationships with external vendors, to ensure high quality, timely and effective learning solutions are delivered.

About You
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in developing and delivering various retail training solutions (including face to face, blended, online & webinars)
  • Ideally we would like to find a Learning & Development professional with a strong interest and passion for the retail industry
  • Experience of working in a complex international and retail organization
  • Business degree ideally in Psychology; Management; Human Resources; Educational Sciences
  • Other professional development certification is highly valued (Train the Trainer, Adult Education, Business Trainer, etc.)
  • Fluent in English as English is the business language used within PVH
  • Passionate about retail, learning and have demonstrated this through your own development
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with individual, small groups, and in front of large audiences
  • Strong interest and comfortable in using technology to advance and accelerate learning (e.g. LMS/LXP, social learning, IT skills)
  • Worked with external partners to deliver programs and have maintained effective relationships
  • Cross cultural savvy and applying a flexible approach
