About THE ROLE

The Talent Acquisition team are fanatical about talent. They are determined to find the best people for PVH whilst ensuring the candidate journey is a positive one! They offer a seamless and consultative service to their stakeholders always making sure they are working to the highest standards.

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle, delivering a high quality best practice internal recruitment service across all retail positions in the Netherlands, with a focus on the Roermond Outlet Shopping Village.

The role will be based in Amsterdam with the successful candidate being expected to travel to Roermond 2 days a week on average.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing an end to end recruitment cycle, delivering a high quality best practice internal recruitment service across all positions.
  • Responsible for managing stakeholder, candidate, and external supplier relationships.
  • Managing the advertising process for live roles via both our internal hiring system, external job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Providing a great candidate experience; answering questions, arranging interviews, managing communication and providing a clear status update for all candidates
  • Selecting and screening of applicants to provide suitable shortlists for hiring managers
  • Tracking and monitoring all internal and external interview outcomes, providing candidates with constructive feedback throughout their interview process
  • Partnering with stakeholders to support them with their resourcing needs; both immediate and future. Providing a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service to the business, from initial briefing to candidate onboarding, supporting on interviews when required.
  • Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers on resourcing best practice; the most appropriate selection and testing methods available for a role; assisting with the sourcing, development or creation of specialist exercises or tasks where required.
  • Working with internal KPI's and SLA's, and ensuring strategic decisions in line with the talent team budget.

About YOU
  • You'll be a fluent Dutch speaker.
    You'll have previous experience of in a fast paced environment - ideally in store management or retail recruitment
  • You'll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • You'll be skilled in analysis, time management, problem solving and innovative thinking
  • You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace
  • You'll be self-motivated and able to work in a remote based talent team
  • You'll be a commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
