Position Overview
Wholesale Omni-channel Marketing Manager EMEA - Maternity Leave cover Working within the Wholesale Marketing EMEA team in the Geneva office, the Wholesale Omni-channel Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving Ralph Lauren's mission to be the Leading Luxury Lifestyle Brand across Pureplayers, Bricks & Clicks and Bricks & Mortar, with a focus on the United Kingdom, Partner Territories (Middle-East mainly) and Scandinavia. The ideal candidate will be defining and leading the marketing strategy and roadmap for these 3 regions, managing a team of 4, working hand in hand with the other 3 regional managers and collaborating with local Sales teams and other EMEA Marcom departments. Key focus areas will be: digital, brand elevation, customer experience, innovation, budget management, data intelligence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Define and lead the implementation of the regional marketing strategy and roadmap, ensuring resources and budgets are allocated in line with corporate and department's priorities, aligning with regional Sales teams, prioritizing and challenging plans to ensure biggest impact on brand image and business growth
* Elevate on-site brand experience, delivering best-in-class brand presentation and visibility on key e-wholesaler digital platforms at all times · Optimize content strategy, driving scale and synergies globally and across Marcom channels. Deliver high-quality co-created contents with key partners for capsule collections. · Strengthen successful partnerships with key players across digital and offline - Asos, Harrods, Selfridges, End, Browns, Boozt, Ounass, La Moda. Maintain/develop strong relationships, leading seasonal strategic meetings and, where appropriate, ad-hoc workshops and taskforces focusing on key priorities per account · Oversee data collection and management to ensure maximized campaign performance evaluation and in-depth consumer understanding. Drive learnings, deliver related optimization and growth plans
* Be an active player in the company's digital transformation, acting as a digital marketing ambassador and e-wholesale expert: - Help partners and colleagues to act digitally - Seek optimization in ways of working through automatization, outsourcing or reviewed processes to optimize efficiency - Drive a test&learn mindset - Be the innovation partner of choice for key accounts identifying key opportunities and partnering with them to deliver exceptional initiatives in line with respective roadmaps and priorities. · Lead and develop a team of 4 talents (3 senior associates and 1 associate): - Maximize personal development of direct reports and their teams with a strong focus on empowerment & accountability - Drive a culture of diversity and inclusion across all team members - Strengthen digital and data skills development and encourage continuous learning · Monitor annual Wholesale Marketing budget for UK, Partner Territories and Scandinavia · Support with the development of internal strategic decks and encourage teams' sharing of projects and best practices with other regions and cross-departments · Be mindful of latest marketing trends and competitor brands activities for the regions and beyond

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the ecommerce and digital/omnichannel marketing fields
* Good knowledge of the marcom eco-system online and offline
* Proven track record of success in project and team management
* Experience and/or interest in Fashion/Luxury is a plus
* Proficiency in data analytics
* Highly organized and structured, with strong strategic thinking and vision, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functions and cross-regions
* Passion and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, curiosity, problem solving and high quality of execution
* Fluent in English and French
* Master's Degree or equivalent
