Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is looking for an enthusiastic and vibrate Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join our fabulous head office team located at The Rocks Sydney. This is a rare opportunity for an organised individual to take responsibility of the receptionist front desk and own a number of administrative duties to assist with business operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Welcome and attend to all guests to Head Office, answering all calls to the front desk, responding and actioning enquires sent to RL reception email
* Receipt in/out all deliveries, maintaining accurate records of all deliveries
* Management of courier bookings
* Daily management of office mail
* Ensure the office is presented and maintained to the highest standards
* Checking IT equipment is turned on and off daily in meeting rooms
* Booking office maintenance technicians as required
* Administrative duties such as stationary orders, office milk and kitchen stock, business cards, filing and various data entry tasks, new vendor setup and EPOs
* Working closely as a team with executive assistant as required
* Support with Retail Operation team with ordering critical store supplies and equipment
* Assist the marketing team with the management of the Show Room, arranging sample send-outs and returns, arranging dry-cleaning as required and maintaining accurate records of show room stock.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Office based role, which will require working in the office 5 day a week during business hours.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven experience in an administration role
* High attention to detail
* Time management and able to manage multiple deadlines
* Able to work independently and proactively
* Proficiency in Microsoft office application software
