JOB PURPOSE

Overseeing the execution of both creative-led digital media, with elements of commercial, across display advertising

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supporting Global Media Manager to:

-Oversee day-to-day management of all Programmatic Display for hero brand campaigns

-Drive innovation and explore new opportunities within Programmatic landscape to drive Inspiration strategy

-Oversee day-to-day management of all YouTube activity across key campaigns and fashion show moments

-Work closely with internal creative teams to create impactful digital media campaigns

-Manage the Programmatic commercial strategy, driving key performance metrics

-Track and support on all global digital partnership deals with key partners

-Oversee and support onboard of new vendors for Programmatic Display

-Manage and grow relationships with key media partners, and seek new opportunities

-Ensure integrated media strategy with other performance channels to drive cross-channel optimisations

-Ensure robust and efficient financial process

· Delivering market-leading media plans across digital channels and with key media partners

· Increased performance against both Inspiration KPIs (eg engagement, innovation, brand heat), and performance KPIs (ROI, revenue)

· Strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, such as: Media agency, media owners, internal brand marketing team, internal creative team, internal eCommerce team etc.

PERSONAL PROFILE

· Minimum 4 years media planning & buying experience at brand or media agency (or equivalent)

· Experience working in the luxury industry preferable

· Bachelor degree educated, or above
