The Charlotte Stone team is mighty and fast-growing. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with the Chief Content Officer to help tell the brand’s story and bring our shoes to life. You will help weave our voice, vision and values throughout our marketing, e-commerce and social media platforms and help establish the Charlotte Stone Shoes brand as a household name. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company and build for the future.

This position is full-time and based out of our LA Office, with an option to work on a hybrid remote/in-person schedule.

 

What You'd Do:

  • Working closely with the Creative/E-Comm team and following the marketing schedule, build captivating email campaigns, segments and flows that uphold the Charlotte Stone aesthetic and speak in the Charlotte Stone voice by the required deadlines.
  • Build out, update and maintain segments, flows, and launch emails in Klaviyo. Assess and analyze performance and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.
  • Working with the creative/E-Comm team, create engaging, on-brand copy for web, social, and marketing that speaks in the Charlotte Stone voice and tells the Charlotte Stone story. Work with creative/marketing team to develop and execute campaigns across email, website, and social platforms.
  • Know the Charlotte Stone brand, voice, vision, and style like the back of your hand. Understand what makes our content Charlotte Stone content and be able to recreate it with ease and even build upon it.
  • Help create stunning and exciting content to use on our site and social (original imagery, graphics, gifs, illustrations, etc) that adhere to and elevate the Charlotte Stone visual identity.
  • Work with the creative/marketing team to execute product launches in a timely manner with extreme attention to detail.
  • Schedule social media posts and maintain a social media calendar that adheres to the industry’s best practices.
  • Assist with influencer partnership relations—manage gifting and maintain relationships with influencers, help generate partnership ideas and own outreach to potential and current partners.
  • Manage social media interactions and ensure communications coming from CS social accounts are spoken in the Charlotte Stone voice and are representative of our brand’s values.
  • Keep a pulse on marketing best practices, social media, fashion, and cultural trends, as well as the activities of our peers to identify opportunities, help source partnerships, and make sure content is original, exciting, and true to the Charlotte Stone brand.

We're Obsessed With You Because...

  • You have 3 - 4 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, and/or social media and can pick up new systems with ease. Bonus points if you have worked with Shopify or Klaviyo.
  • You are an outstanding and creative copywriter and most importantly, you love a good pun.
  • You have an exceptional visual sense and you’re not afraid to think outside the box.
  • You are organized and meticulous. Proofreading is your friend.
  • You’re familiar with email marketing tools and social media scheduling platforms and are open to learning/operating in Klaviyo and Latergram. You’ve helped scale systems and processes to support a fast-growing team and business.
  • You’re familiar with creative systems and open to learning/operating in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Bonus points if you are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.You can identify problems and implement solutions before anyone knows there was a problem to begin with.
  • Super bonus: you have photography, social media and/or graphic design experience and would be excited to apply those skills to this role.
