La Garconne is seeking a Sales and Stockroom Assistant for our flagship Tribeca store. This position serves as a liaison between the sales staff and the inventory management group.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Specialists in retrieving merchandise for client requests from the stockroom.
- Ensure clothes and accessories are organized and neatly folded/hung on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Check in new merchandise and follow up with discrepancies.
- Tag/ticket all items according to the company's guidelines.
- Perform stock checks to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
Qualifications:
- Prior retail stockroom experience with luxury apparel and accessories preferred.
- Must be available to work on weekends.
- Self starter with the ability to multi-task.
- Extremely organized and detailed oriented.
- Dependable and trustworthy.
- Physically fit for manual handling of stock.
