Manager Global Marketing BOSS (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Manager Global Marketing BOSS (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

• Lead the creation and implementation of eff ective seasonalmarketing concepts to support the BOSS brand
• Manage 360 campaign go-to-market by creating clear objectives, campaign plans and budget considerations
• Own and continually optimize the process of cross-functional alignment, proactively remove roadblocks and ensure constantfeedback
• Lead cross-functional work and relationships with internalstakeholders, product, agency partners and marketing channelowners
• Manage and optimize budget, messaging, creative andchannels in order to drive quantifi able results
• Proactively monitor industry, category and competitor trends to inform master brand strategy

Your profile:

• +2 years relevant work experience in strategic marketing and project management positions with experiences to lateral lead international groups
• Successfully completed a university's degree or an equivalent in strategic management or marketing
• Experience in 360° campaign management
• Strategic, innovative mindset and self-starter
• Process-oriented and great attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
