About the Role

Business, Technology & Analytics - if you are at intersection of this, you should be here! We are looking for an experienced professional with unique blend of business acumen with superior ability to transform data into insights and someone who has knack for technology. We believe that why we do things is as important as what we do. You should be customer-curious, able to speak with candor, think Big, exhibit high level of ownership and be able to have fun.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Analytics Cell for Sourcing Ops & Analytics Team with an E2E sense of ownership
  • Conceptualize, Build and Maintain Data Warehouse / Reporting systems / Dashboards
  • Ability to conduct data analysis, develop / test hypothesis and deliver insights with minimal supervision
  • Ability to navigate through large volume of datasets, derive powerful insights and recommendations
  • Translate insights for LT & fast-pace CFTs with multiple stakeholders through meaningful dashboards
  • Maintain & minimize downtime of recurring reports and consistently keep high service levels
  • Uncover business opportunities within the data to develop action plans to activate and impact KPIs
  • Lead a team of Analysts to ensure the team meets its objectives

Who You Are

• Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Analytics, Computer Science or Engineering

• 5+ years of business-based analytics / technology experience

• 2+ years of people management experience, including building and leading high performing teams

• Ability to fearlessly partner with the Tech Teams, Product Managers and In-House Data Champions

• MBA from tier-1 B-School preferred
