Are you a strong communicator who knows how to build her/his case? Are you a language talent who speaks French and Italian fluently next to English? Nice! We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Credit Controller to join our Credit & Collections team in Hoofddorp to work on the Italian, French, and Spanish market.
As a (Junior) Credit Controller you manage your own set of accounts and achieve your goals with a positive and commercial mindset. You are responsible for;

  • Processing of bank statements;
  • Following up and chasing payments by phone and email;
  • Sending payment reminders;
  • Settling discounts and chase wrongfully taken discounts;
  • Process specifications of payments;
  • Investigating payments without descriptions;
  • All collection activities

Job requirements:

  • You are currently located in the Netherlands;
  • Preferably work experience where credit collection belonged to your responsibilities;
  • You speak English, Italian and French fluently and Spanish is a plus;
  • Your social and communication skills are excellent, by phone and face to face;
  • You are convincing by nature and know how to use this skill professionally.
