JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for 6-months to 1 year.
You will be based in our Milan office and support with all things recruitment for high volume retail positions across Europe . You will have the chance to experience a dynamic and multinational environment growing your professional skills by training on the job and learning about the Fashion Luxury industry.

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for 6-months to 1 year.
You will be based in our Milan office and support with all things recruitment for high volume retail positions across Europe . RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, engage and maintain talent pools of candidates for roles as requested by the TA Managers
- Conduct competency based interviews and manage the lifecycle of the candidates journey
- Provide effective and efficient administrative/coordination support - interview scheduling, CV screening and talent pooling
- Administer sourcing requests when received, including attraction, sourcing, screening, assessment support and managing Job Boards
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Must be fluent in English
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in HR or knowledge gained through studying HR advantageous
- Flexible team player with 'can do' attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management including being able to prioritise workload
- Organised and meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptable - you enjoy working in a busy team environment.
