JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for 6-months to 1 year.

You will be based in our Milan office and support with all things recruitment for high volume retail positions across Europe . You will have the chance to experience a dynamic and multinational environment growing your professional skills by training on the job and learning about the Fashion Luxury industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, engage and maintain talent pools of candidates for roles as requested by the TA Managers
  • Conduct competency based interviews and manage the lifecycle of the candidates journey
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative/coordination support - interview scheduling, CV screening and talent pooling
  • Administer sourcing requests when received, including attraction, sourcing, screening, assessment support and managing Job Boards


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in HR or knowledge gained through studying HR advantageous
  • Flexible team player with 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management including being able to prioritise workload
  • Organised and meticulous attention to detail
  • Adaptable - you enjoy working in a busy team environment.
