Job Overview:

The Coordinator, Cause Marketing & Corporate Giving (temporary) will assist in the implementation of annual calendar of giving campaigns and volunteerism. The Coordinator will support the strategy and execution of national/local campaigns and initiatives.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist with the planning and execution of national cause marketing campaigns and local initiatives.
  • Draft campaign support materials, such as contact and distribution lists and key messages.
  • Ensure that all our nonprofit partners receive timely donation of funds
  • Assist in managing corporate grant process including budget, application review and payment
  • Assist in managing special projects for cause marketing initiatives
  • Partner with legal to draft contracts related to cause marketing campaigns
  • Execute charity auctions requests
  • Assist in researching and securing volunteer opportunities

Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university

1-2 years related experience
  • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
