Design Coordination Internship

Acne Studios is looking for a highly motivated and organized intern to join the Design coordination team. The Design coordination team is a part of Acne Studios Design department where you will mainly assist our Design coordinator with various tasks related to studio set up, administration and preparations for collection finalization. You will also be working closely with our Sample & Archive coordinator with hands on tasks.

The work environment at Acne Studios is fast paced and energetic; no day is ever the same.

You will be based at Acne Studios Headquarters in Stockholm and might have commitments that require travelling.

Tasks will include, but not be limited to

• Assist with coordination of collections in Stockholm
• Daily communication and synchronization with other departments
• Support with logistics, packing and shipping samples, following up and collecting daily parcels
• Assist in the inventory and record of the vintage collection
• Follow-up on rental garments
• Assist with catering tasks
• Assist the Design coordination team with everyday tasks

 Desired qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Available for a minimum of 5 to 6 months
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office applications and Abode suite.
• High organization skills with an eye for details
• An action-oriented, cooperative and positive attitude
• Outgoing people person
• Strong interest for fashion business and general knowledge of the fashion industry
