StreetTrend LLC is a house of new global businesses and brands in the men’s and women’s fashion and streetwear sectors, with a focus on footwear ranging from sneaker to lifestyle categories for the consumer who wants fashion, technology, and fit. StreetTrend currently designs, markets, and sells high-end shoes through its brand P448. P448 is an Italian footwear brand rooted in the belief that eclecticism, design innovation and experimentation lie at the heart of self-expression. The brand operates its own direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels and sells through key retail partners such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Develop the wholesale business by identifying key partners and growing sales through opening new accounts and managing existing customers
- Identify and approach approved potential partners and accounts while keeping organized notes on interactions
- Maintain and contribute to a client contact list and location map of both existing and potential customers
- Manage existing day to day customer relationships with the goal of growing the business. This includes reorders, approved RTVs, sample requests etc.
- Lead customer appointments in market
- Create customer details, line sheets, and look books to then distribute to accounts
- Submit customer orders for production which includes formatting orders in the appropriate template
- Become comfortable using customer portals and systems when necessary
- Compile order numbers for seasonal, monthly, and yearly budget reports to track progress and obtain goals
- Collaborate with the rest of the Wholesale team for market meetings, touch bases and recaps
- Work closely with Marketing to meet customer needs when applicable
- Educate customers on product knowledge and brand information
- Become familiar with competitive brands as well as current trends overall and in footwear
- Attend all seasonal markets in our NYC showroom as well as relevant traveling shoe shows
Qualifications/Skills
- At least 3-5 years previous experience in fashion wholesale (preferably footwear)
- Adept in Outlook, Excel, Gmail, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint and Word
- Conversational and extremely comfortable public speaking
- Excellent time management skills to complete several ongoing tasks
- Flexibility and desire to travel, working across time zones
- Flexibility to work some weekends and extended hours when applicable
- Ability to work with a close-knit team
- Confidence communicating between several teams and senior leadership
- Organized and detail oriented
- Passionate about fashion and streetwear
- Entrepreneurial self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Goal oriented to reach and exceed budget projections
