Position Overview
Responsible for developing and executing talent strategy globally across Ralph Lauren Public Relations, media, marketing, and events. As a primary point of contact between both internal and external partners, the Head of role ensures that talent helps to achieve key business objectives while aligning with core brand values. This process includes but is not limited to casting, vetting, seeding, negotiating, and executing talent activations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Support development and execution of global talent strategy
* Ensure global talent alignment across regions, campaigns, and third party partners
* Develop talent-based concepts across a range of Public Relations, event, marketing, and social media initiatives
* Liaise between external talent and internal teams in order to execute cross-functional talent strategies
* Oversee talent product placement, through both organic seeding strategies and social media campaigns
* Negotiate and execute talent agreements
* Develop and maintain a global network of talent contacts, including but not limited to stylists, publicists, and agents
* Cultvate and introduce the brand to new and emerging talent and foster relationships
* Advocate for other teams/departments/regions within Ralph Lauren to use influencers in unique and engaging ways
* Partner with Talent Dressing entity for major events and social media campaigns to achieve key business objectives
* Manage influencer tracking programs
* Leverage knowledge of all social media platforms, both established and emerging, for brand value
* Continually research competitive intelligence within the fashion, entertainment, and talent industries

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Ralph Lauren brand positioning and DNA
• Preferred 10+ years of experience in public relations, celebrity/influencers relations, and/or VIP services
• Strong network and highly-developed relationships with influencers, entertainment agents, managers, stylists, publicists, etc.
• Proven understanding of talent's value in Public Relations and Marketing
• Broad understanding of the talent landscape across all digital and social media platforms
• Experience with influencer marketing, including pricing and valuation, term development and platform performance
• Experience with contract negotiation and execution
• Working knowledge of influencer tracking platforms and associated reporting metrics
• Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications, and with digital and social media platforms
• Passionate interest in fashion, entertainment, and talent news/trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, for both internal and external audiences
