Position Overview
Purpose and Scope: To provide support and analysis Channel Trading related responsibilities for RLS/PFS across assigned labels/ business. Channel Trading responsibilities include but not limited to Go To Market execution, in season performance and , supporting the growth and focus category strategies locally to drive and maximize sales.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: 1. Channel Support
* Conduct Competitor analysis, pricing research, product research, consumer and market research on a seasonal basis to provide feedback to the performance partners ensuring that assortments, merchandise and pricing strategies make sense with the channel needs.
* Support Channel Trading managers in all Go-To-Market, workstream and in season performance milestones, processes and related activities by providing analysis on channel trends, successes/opportunities and the end consumer.
* Lead and co-manage scheduling meetings/appointments, store communication, note-taking and follow up on for all activities related to respective area of focus.
* Coordinate and execute channel trading responsibilities relating to augmented reality store tagging and special project releases. 2. Sales Driver and Ownership
* Identifying successes and challenges of the Go-To-Market initiatives to drive in and post season action plans in order to achieve sales plan for their accountable business
* Partner with Channel Trading managers and other relevant business partners to maximize sales and profitability of product line through strategic product selection that supports the customer experience.
* Manage execution and in season performance of assortments through the establishment of strong partnerships with cross functional teams as well as trend/business analysis.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Job Requirements: · Proficiency in retail math · Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications · Ability to multi task and prioritize · Able to adapt to the fast paced and constantly changing environment · Excellent cross functional communication skills · Creative, assertive and solution-oriented · Experience in fashion apparel and accessories industry with knowledge in merchandising and retail environment
