Position Overview
The Manger, Business Process, will be a champion and advocate for the stores and the customers' needs and will work to ensure that all performance partners deliver the highest level of service to the stores and customers at any point in time. The role will constantly seek to drive improvement to the process and tools supporting the stores and will drive to make in store operational tasks effective and practical. The role will work with a broad range of performance partners to develop and implement solutions to drive process efficiencies. The role will be responsible for design, documentation, communication, and implementation of new or enhanced processes or tools to constantly improve store performances.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams for transportation, ticketing, inventory management, IT, New Store Opening Process, Gift card strategy, Procurement and Ad Hoc project management.
• Orchestrate communications between key performance partners, supporting the store to deliver the upmost level of service.
• IT, Asset Protection, Logistics and Transportation, Business Planning, Procurement
• Create and deliver training to ensure process compliance for all projects, workstreams and tasks
• Project management; manage tasks for multiple deliverables simultaneously, manage resources, set dates and tools, check progress regularly, maintain project related documents, anticipate obstacles and make the necessary adjustments to ensure on time delivery in spite unanticipated problems, work with various teams to find long term solutions, create and provide status reports
• Providing the highest level of customer service to the field and home office, communicating with multiple levels within the organization
• Expect to Travel up to 50% of working hours.
• Oversee company SOP Library for all Channels including PFS, RLS.
• Transportation and logistical needs for various projects including but not limited to U.S. Open, Ralph's Coffee Pop up shop and both New Store Openings and or Store Remodels.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• 5-7 Years Project Management experience a must
• Retail/Store Operations and /or Business Strategy/Planning a plus
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution and follow up skills
• Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal and facilitation) and the ability to interact with all levels of management
• Understanding of various programs and KPI's
• Ability to analyze data, come up with strategy to address any opportunities
• Strong analytical, conceptual and technical skills (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Smartsheet and Adobe)
• Proven management and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple demands and priorities at once.
• Strong sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently, apply critical thinking skills to various scenarios and make effective well thought out decisions
• Experience in process management and process implementation and innovative thinking
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast pace, ever-evolving environment whiles successfully overseeing projects from start to finish.
• Required retail store experience
• Lead Ad Hoc project management based on business needs IL-AM6
