The Team:

Risk Management & Assurance sits within the CFO (Finance) Hub and supports the business through four key domains; Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Profit Protection, Inventory & Asset Control, Business Assurance & Controls.

Its objective is to develop a clear and comprehensive overview of the risk facing PVHE and lead the assurance activities which preserve its value.

The Position:

The Business Assurance & Control Analyst role is accountable for process and control testing, design of internal controls framework and support to business partners regarding risk and controls. In addition, the role helps to define, analyze and enhance Financial and Operational business processes, partnering with different departments to:
  • Ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and other applicable regulatory rules and company policies
  • Communicate with the business counterpart to address process and controls weaknesses and support with resolution actions
  • Help in identifying opportunities for process improvements

You will have the highest ethical standards and be a role model for the business values and will likely serve as a team member on various special projects and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review/formulate procedures and processes to meet corporate governance and internal control requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on control design, implementation, and guidance for remediation efforts.
  • Conduct and/or participate in the execution of planned Business Assurance assessments and Business Controls testing.
  • Develop good understanding about PVH business and the industry, along with associated risks, trends and developments.
  • Develop strong business partnerships key individuals within the organization, in order to stay abreast of developments, provide quality reviews and value-added recommendations for process/risk management improvements.
  • Support and coordinate audits by external parties.
  • Work on special projects as deemed necessary.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Accounting, Finance, Business or similar background
  • Familiarity with corporate governance rules, risk management content or central tracking and monitoring of company obligations
  • Understanding of governance and internal control regulations (e.g. COSO, SOX).
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management skills
  • Experience operating and/or auditing in an SAP environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong analytical skills, process oriented, problem identification/solving skills and close attention to detail required.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and team player
  • Must be motivated, hands-on, a self-starter, be confident to ask for direction when required
  • Proficiency with MSOffice Suite and ability to learn other software.
  • Fluency in English
