Hello. We're Stadium Goods. We are the world's premier sneaker and streetwear marketplace selling only the most sought-after footwear, apparel and other hard-to-find items on behalf of our sellers. Marketing Team

The Marketing Team supports Stadium Goods' direct-to-consumer business, brand partnerships and brand expansion, including our apparel business, and creating content, both for the Stadium Goods site and app and our sales channels, and content for our several social media accounts. The Marketing Team consists of many overlapping departments, including digital marketing, brand, social, and content (including our photo studio on Wooster Street). The Marketing Team works across the entire organization.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an Art Director to work with the Design Director while informing marketing campaigns, developing dedicated concepts and ensuring agreement and concept integrity throughout all stages of the process in collaboration with the design team. You will will help guide the development of content and creative strategies to propel marketing and our goals forward. Along with contributing to the daily production needs of the department, you will also maintain relationships with team members to gather insights, develop strategies and reflect that back in consumer-facing communications, and help manage the design team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will partner with the Design Director to take lead in creating a vision and content strategy for the brand; develop concepts to strengthen and evolve the brand story in a compelling way, following a best-in-class brand
    • You will support creative production to ensure the integrity of the concept is considered throughout the process while respecting timeline and budget considerations
    • You will assist the Design Director in managing the responsibilities of other designers and provide direction and guidance
    • You will support the Design Director in managing members of the design team and taking responsibility for completing projects
    • You will educate and facilitate new processes, workflows, and templates across within our design system
    • You will capture brand voice in marketing materials from conception to execution of final deliverables.
    • You will work with photo and content teams to conceptualize new campaign ideas and tactics based on the established voice and tone of the brand
    • You will present potential concepts and guide concepts based on market research that bring experiences aligned with the brand


WHO YOU ARE

    • You have 2+ years of experience in branding, marketing or creative agencies
    • You love communicating and can present your design decisions to senior team members
    • A mastery of standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch or similar
    • You are on top of all design trends and maintain best practices
    • You have a portfolio that expresses a variety of integrated campaigns including digital/social/latest media
    • You can come to the table with opinions on strategy and brand, and a readiness to push back when something doesn't make sense or isn't believable
    • You are aware of fashion and cultural trends that influence the luxury & streetwear retail markets
    • You can understand the scope and needs of a project or campaign, and execute at a high level
    • You can present and communicate creative vision across multiple departments and team members
    • You are enthusiastic about working collaboratively with others, and a proven ability to quickly respond to shifting project needs or issues and identify workflow gaps with a solution-oriented mindset
    • You can engage and inspire partners and team members to lead collaboration and agreement
