We are looking for a Team Leader Expansion Global eCommerce (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

• Design of eCommerce strategy with a holistic view across various digital channels, digital sales opportunities, focusing on integrative ecosystem and synergies with the offline businesses
• Support of the strategic priority to grow hugoboss.com globally: Collaborating across regions and business units as necessary to foster and develop eCommerce operations, to drive growth in existing and new markets
• Functional responsibility for global digital eCommerce strategy, business expansion and development
• Alignment with the Senior Leadership, Managing Directors and Operations for overall strategy, involving relevant interfaces and decision makers
• Liaise with counterparts in various Business units to identify the growth opportunities by leveraging existing company capabilities, and know-how in HQ, with best practices locally
• Manage the prioritization of parallel activities and initiatives based on the company and divisional strategic objectives to drive forward the eCommerce objectives globally
• Active management of internal & external interfaces to build strong relationships: global eCommerce and local operations, partner management & project teams, and other cross-functional teams

Your profile:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in business administration, finance or similar
• Minimum of 5 years + relevant working experience in Strategic Business Development
• Proven track record of successful delivery in Business Development, as well as change management skills
• Profound time management, prioritization and organisational skills required, experience in project management ideal
• People management skills to develop, influence and motivate a team and wider colleagues
• Enthusiastic, self-confident & self-motivated. Ambition to drive through initiatives and change to achieve company target
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully
• Willingness to travel internationally and intercultural competencies essential
