Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), include planning QAT/UAT test activities, and developing the QAT/UAT processes for Ralph Lauren's E-Commerce business, and ensuring the QAT/UAT builds meet all technical, functional and business requirements. Lead, teach and support a team of QA Analysts. Manage QA calendar across multiple systems and applications, estimate test effort and delivery timeline, design in depth test cases and test approach, and assess all risks and dependencies. Oversee design, development and execution of test cases globally for storefront (creative and functional) and backend ecommerce platform, including transactional documentation and financial settlement. Develop training materials that support all facets of testing across all systems and works with vendors to ensure accessibility and stability of vendor test tools. Manage all UAT resources and activities, including communication and support/cooperation with various business units. Build and support detailed dashboards to report execution and defect/risk/issue status across QA, Development, Project Management, the business and Leadership. Participate in build release meetings, pointing, project working sessions, direct trouble-shooting with developers, business analysts, project managers, user advocates. Oversee development, maintenance and execution of test automation across multiple systems and applications; communicate issues expeditiously based on impact, priority and severity. Manage testing vendor relationship. Coordinate and facilitate testing with 3rd party solutions & internal integrations.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field and 3 years of software testing experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in the above mentioned fields, and 5 years of specified experience. Must have 3 years of experience with: managing a team of QA analysts onshore; testing eCommerce mobile web and applications in a multi-browser/device/OS environment; working with software development lifecycle in agile environment; Data base structures and infrastructure elements; working with Sales Force Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware), including customer-specific customizations; working with POSTMAN, JSON, database queries, JIRA, Excel, and Word.
