Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible for the development and the strategic execution of Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Stores-North America (PFS-NA) digital marketing initiatives. This individual is accountable for contributing to marketing programs that generate profit, drive traffic, meet both the divisions financial and marketing goals and differentiate the brand within the outlet channel to deliver a best in class customer experience. The Digital Marketing Assistant is also responsible for fostering productive cross-functional relationships with internal/external partners. Teamwork, leadership, process, relationship management and effective communication, as well as attention to detail are critical aspects of this position's responsibilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Optimize Customer Engagement · Develop quarterly/annual marketing strategies for all digital campaigns · Manage all digital marketing projects from concept development through execution · Partner with internal digital team to launch and develop new initiatives · Capture hindsight program performance and identify key learnings to impact future initiatives Increase Productivity · Meet with cross-functional team to review business results against projections and plans to inform future decisions · Support financial strategies by utilizing historical performance, current trend analysis, market research and cross-functional feedback in partnership with manager · Collaborate with cross divisional marketing teams to maximize cross channel productivity · Manage relationship with external vendors to ensure timely execution of all digital initiatives · Lead meetings and/or presentations to cross channel, cross divisional and cross functional business partners; including quarterly digital marketing strategies to business leaders Process Leadership · Manage maintenance of daily/ weekly tracking of business results; understand impact of marketing programs to PFS-NA business and communicate findings · Compile, analyze, identify and apply insights to drive productivity for all digital outreach in partnership with CIX
* · Manage digital marketing invoice maintenance · For all initiatives, ensure resources are in place, budgets are optimized, and projects are managed efficiently, flawlessly and on time; partner with manager and cross functional/divisional peers Talent Management · Ensure annual goals and development plan are in place and delivered; follow-up check points are established to ensure application of learning · Team player with excellent relationship building skills
