Required:

1-2 years experience in press or retail within the fashion industry, and will have excellent written and communication skills, is passionate about MNZ with an understanding of the brand and aesthetic, and will be a keen team player who is resourceful and collaborative. 

 

The job:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with all target/relevant media

Handling media inquiries & coordinating responses

Sample trafficking & managing seasonal collection samples 

Updating the press loan log and organizing US & International press loan returns.

Daily upkeep of the press office’s email inbox

Monitoring media coverage and generating press reports

Point of contact for internal teams on a day to day basis including Retail, Creative, Buying, Design and Wholesale

Working with the retail team on Customer service and VIP client outreach

Communicating with customers on the phone and via email ensuring all enquiries are recorded, assigned and completed in a timely manner and that appropriate parties are kept up to date on progress.

Support retail team with stock & inventory management 

Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritize tasks

A confident and flexible attitude

 

Bonus: 

Fashion GPS, Adobe creative suite, Shopify, knowledge of fashion publications and media, awareness of local & international designers, bachelor degree preferred
