JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Sale Director, The Wholesale Assistant is responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative support to the Wholesale Team EUME. The successful candidate will relish the challenge of a growing global lifestyle American Brand.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures a high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Able to address and resolve customers complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Ensures stock levels are well maintained across all wholesale accounts by monitoring shipments and product allocation.
  • Ensures the system is clean by deleting or reallocating old seasons product bulks.
  • Managing and updating the customer database.
  • Facilitating (support merchandising) with production cut backs in the system.
  • Liaising with Customer Service and Merchandising to insure client's product requests are satisfied.
  • Compiling and preparing routine reports and summaries.
  • Managing the Market calendar / send selling campaign invitations.
  • Attending Sales Meeting and Product Training for each market.
  • Place accounts seasonal buys on PPT decks during / after each market.


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years EU / ME Wholesale experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter.
  • Strong planning, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and wholesale numerical sense, detailed minded with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel.
  • Great at working in a fast-paced environment and to multiple tight deadlines.
  • Excellent command in English, knowledge of other European languages (German) a plus.
  • Able to travel, domestic and international.
