Job Title: Tax Intern

Location: Wayne, NJ

A global Luxury group, Kering manages the development of a series of renowned Houses in Fashion, Leather Goods and Jewelry: Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Brioni, Boucheron, Pomellato, Dodo, Qeelin, as well as Kering Eyewear.

Kering Americas, Inc. provides various corporate services to the Group's brands in the Americas' region. The Tax Intern is responsible for the preparation of state apportionment workpapers, and assisting with the preparation of various Federal and state tax return workpapers including updating of fixed assets in Onesource tax software to support Federal and State tax depreciation.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
  • Assist in Federal income tax return preparation, such as updating of fixed assets in Onesource tax software to support Federal and State tax depreciation.
  • Prepare state apportionment schedules.
  • Gather and reconcile data between new and legacy accounting systems


WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a tax concentration within an accounting program
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and well-versed in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
  • Professional, dependable, demonstrating integrity, trustworthiness, and a cooperative attitude
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
