WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • You have worked as a product manager for a software product or a significant component of a larger product for more than 3 years
  • You ideally have experience with managing topics and features, including IAM, SSO and user administration within a SaaS product
  • You thrive in complexity. You are analytical and structured, and you know how to communicate complex topics in an easy to understand way
  • You are enthusiastic about the special challenges of B2B software
  • You work in an agile environment and identify with agile values. This shows in the way you interact with engineers and stakeholders
  • You already contribute to the product vision in your current role and are interested in growing your product strategy skills
  • Ideally you have already worked in e-commerce or with ERP, CRM or PIM systems
  • You’re fluent in English and preferably speak German too as most customers for this product are based in Germany


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You are the Product Manager for the account features central to the user’s administration of the TB.One platform
  • You understand and empathise with our customers: You use user research and product discovery techniques within workshops and interviews in order to find out what our users really need
  • You work with your development team: You convert your learnings into easy to understand initiatives, epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. This is how you make sure that the work of the team creates the most valuable outcomes
  • You prioritise the backlog: You identify metrics to measure valuable outcomes and decide which features create the most impact for our customers
  • You manage and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and create transparency about current and upcoming releases
  • You work with product and business leaders within your business unit to create a holistic product vision and roadmap
