&Daughter is a London-based, independent luxury brand, specialising in knitwear. Founded in 2013, it is committed to sustainable and responsible commerce, working with a small, local community of artisanal yarns and makers with the ambition to create ‘useful things, beautifully made’.

&Daughter is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital, Social & Brand Coordinator who is interested in developing their career in e-commerce and fashion. This new and dynamic role will see the successful candidate integrated into all aspects of running a successful e-commerce retail platform – from inception to execution. 

As part of a small, collaborative creative team, you will provide support and help to manage a number of key areas within the business from social media & content creation to e-commerce and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and implementing brand content calendar
  • Daily management of social media & email marketing
  • Working alongside Art Director and Founder to create brand content and copy
  • Supporting with the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns and shoots from concept to delivery
  • Monitoring and reporting on social media conversion and analytics
  • Managing photo and brand asset organisation
  • Supporting Brand Manager with the day to day running of the e-commerce site
  • Managing social media customer communications and supporting Brand Manager with e-commerce customer care
  • Assisting Brand Manager with ongoing partner relations across production, press and social
  • Supporting with the planning and execution of brand events
  • Working closely alongside the &Daughter team to assist with the day to day running of the studio, assisting with ad hoc duties and general administrative tasks

Who you are:

As a part of a small team in a growing, independent fashion brand, the ideal candidate will be creative, proactive and enthusiastic to get involved in all areas of the business. With a background in social media and communications and a passion for great content, luxury fashion and design.

  • 2+ years experience of social media/ digital marketing / creative experience
  • Experience with e-commerce DTC retail preferred but not essential
  • Strong interest in design, luxury fashion, social media and sustainable business
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated individual with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised, flexible and hands-on with a positive attitude
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Keynote, Google Drive
  • Friendly and personable
