Position Overview
We are looking for experienced professional who will be supporting the team in product development of hand bags and small leather goods.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Assist the Product Development for WW Accessories working closely with factories to help development process · Create and Update the Target in Air Table for product definition, proto /sample/digital and production costs · Create Bom Specs in PLM to send factories · Attend Product Review and update PLM with corrections to send factories for production · Request prices from Vendors, check CBD and update them into AT for proto and samples · Launch Wear Test Samples with factories and follow up · Launch Digital sets for Marketing campaign & follow up · Follow up PPS with factories and coordinate the Ind/QA meeting for product review · Follow up testing project on new materials and product during development to facilitate issue at production stage & keep track of the testing expiration date · Coordinate samples shipment and hand carry with factory and express courier, checking all shipping docs and forwarding a copy to NY before approving SS shipments · Record all invoices in the proper chart for follow up on payments · Update HTS Chart for customs for all styles adopted. · Attend weekly call with Production Team providing updates on the preproduction samples status

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
4/5 years of experience in a similar role in Luxury Industry Proven experience in product development of hand bags and small leather goods Knowledge of PLM Excellent knowlegde of English (verbal and written) Ability to communicate efficiently within the team and with the vendors Ability to work on multiple tasks and promtly identify and manage issues Gain understanding of Brand aesthetics
