JOB PURPOSE

The Studio provides a full photographic production service for various teams and departments within Burberry. From scheduling product for photo shoots to retouching a wide variety of luxury fashion imagery for e-commerce and commercial marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Reporting into the Studio Production Manager and providing workflow cover when needed.

-Oversee the management of product samples for shoots in coordination with the Digital Samples team. And styling team.

-Responsible for the planning and scheduling of planned and reactive shoots for .com and regional platform needs.

-Ensuring resource both Permanent and Contractor:

. Photographers

. Stylists

. Hair & Make Up

. Models

. Prop Stylist

-Facilitate model castings across and usage agreements for Creative Studio shoots and Ecommerce.

-Lead a team of freelance studio assistants, ensuring workflow practices are adhered.

-Track the management of digital assets for processing into post production

-Project Manage briefs from the wider business in conjunction with the Studio Production Manager:

. Forecast of shoot costs in line with budget expectations

. Equipment hire

. Resource bookings

. Workflow status updates in accordance to deadlines

PERSONAL PROFILE

-Experience e-commerce experience working in a fast paced environment, for a luxury brand

-Experience managing stock inventory and vendor/supplier orders

-Proactive and able to take initiative

-Detail oriented and creative

-Ability to work towards multiple deadlines

-Ability to work calm and collectively within a performance driven and pressured environment

-Degree in Photography, Graphic design or Fashion related desirable

-Advanced Excel

-High technical proficiency in Mac computers and software.

-Fluency in Photoshop CS and Capture One Pro is essential

-Excellent Team Player. Flexible approach to work. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Positive attitude to resolving problems
