Overview and purpose of role:
You will report to the EU Logistics Controller, leading the running and development of the stock control
management across Europe for our .com businesses. You will ensure best practice of stock management in
warehouses and bring your support on transport monitoring for the Region.
You will actively build strong professional relationships with people both internally and external of the business,
developing those relationships to facilitate stock control within the business
You will assist the logistics controller in their daily tasks.
 

Key responsibilities of role:
1. Effectively manage all stock related tasks in .com business and local warehouse:
- To assist the logistics controller during inventory
- To implement and ensure best working practices
- To write procedure and guidelines
- You will work closely with the Buyer and Merchandisers to organize weekly deliveries and stock
consolidations across the Northern European Retail business to support trade – maximizing opportunities,
minimizing risks and ensuring we meet both our sales and ST targets each season
- To provide dashboards and KPIs to communicate about the actions, challenges, and results
- To monitor the stock capacities and to be able to anticipate any overstock situation or issues
- To order packaging and marketing tools


2. Effectively manages all transportation tasks:
- Ensure optimal and smooth deliveries to the customers and to track & trace all shipments
- Transfer between regional DC/store

Skills and Requirements:
In order to deliver the main responsibilities of the role, you will need the following skills:
- Relevant experience in this field (2+years)
- Good understanding of B2C and retail luxury business
- Strong communication skills
- Strong IT and Analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to show commercial aptitude
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and remotely
- Adherence to company policy – strong sense of corporate responsibility and ability to set a high standard
- Language: fluent in English (French advantageous)
 

Technical skills:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite: Excel is a must
- Excellent computer skills: CEGID (Y2) and INFOR (M3) knowledges are appreciated
- Database Management: Business intelligence analysis
- Reporting and administration skills – reporting to management accurately and within deadlines
Soft skills:
- Collaborative personality and strong communication skills, fostering engagement of different stakeholders
- Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation and ownership. Consistently showing a reliable, mature, and
confident attitude
- A team player who is focused on delivering results and able to prioritize
- Problem solving – ability to confidently deal with issues surrounding deliveries, transfers, stock takes and
events
- Highly motivated and committed
- Adaptability and flexibility – ability to embrace change within the company
