About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the Governance of systems related to Merchandising support operations across GAP brands and geographies and be the SME on all processes and own the onboarding, training, and work allocation of new team members. Your team, the Sourcing Ops & Analytics Team is the cross-category operations arm of the Merchandisers of Gap International Sourcing.

What You'll Do

  • Prior experience of 3-5 years of handling and leading a team successfully
  • Proven track record of working closely with Cross functional teams on various projects across different time zones
  • Ability to deal with large and complex data sets efficiently
  • Ability to lead on multiple projects independently with limited or no supervision
  • Ability to handle escalation from various stakeholders across various CFT's
  • Act as a role model for team members and coach and develop individuals to ensure they reach their maximum potential
  • Proven analytical skills, ability to deliver results in a highly agile and ambiguous environment
  • Ability to think outside the box and provide alternative solutions to the various business scenarios
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication
