As our organization continues to grow within the LVMH group, we now have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, innovative and driven individual to join our Collins Street store as a Client Development Specialist on a full-time basis.

Your role in the Tiffany Legacy

In your role you will :
  • Proactively communicate with our clients, ensuring the Tiffany Experience - uniquely tailored and personalized customer service.
  • Deliver an uncompromising luxurious experience, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to increase performance and elevate client development and meet & exceed sales targets.
  • Drive business opportunities, client loyalty and purchase frequency.
  • Identify and collaborate with co-partners on events that promote the Tiffany brand.
  • Support the Store Manager in cultivating the client development culture within the store, developing meaningful outreach, prospecting and delivering private appointments.
  • Maximize client loyalty and spend by developing a deep understanding of the client base through analytics, coordination of store-based activities and networking events.

Perfect Fit?
  • Be a Blue Box Enthusiast with passion for customer service and sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role and working toward targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to build meaningful client relationships with a diverse population.
  • Ability to be innovative and think outside of the box.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced environments.
