Who What Wear is looking to hire an Integrated Marketing Manager to join its award-winning culture!

As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will work collaboratively with other members of the team to lead innovation and strategic ideation for marketing proposals for our clients that are exhaustive of experiential, retail, social, commerce and digital content channels. You will also work cross functionally  to craft strategic program packages in pre-sales and execute campaigns in post-sales. The Integrated Marketing Manager will be a self-starter, highly proactive and a delightful collaborator. 

The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, creativity, and attention to detail combined with a thorough understanding of all emerging marketing channels.  

This position is located in New York and reports to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing.

Who What Wear is powered by a hybrid remote/ in-person workforce that spans the US and UK. Our interviewing and onboarding activities are conducted virtually, as will most of your work, but you should be open to working in person from time to time if necessary.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Partner with sales, client services, branded content and production teams to proactively & reactively prepare advertising sales opportunities that drive revenue for Who What Wear
  • Plan brainstorm ideation meetings for proposal preparation & RFP responses in pre-sale phase of the sales process alongside Sales leader, Client Services partner and Branded Content partner
  • Implement creation of proposals, including digital & social content strategy from pre-sale ideation through to post-sale execution collaborating with internal teams on timelines and talent agreements
  • Develop high-quality proposals and presentations that deliver multi-platform client focused solutions while leveraging media, promotional & activation concepts, social, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Project lead and manage multiple campaigns with internal departments such as branded content, client services, social, influencer and sales teams for custom campaign elements, production, approvals etc
  • Work with a wide range of clients from a variety of categories including fashion, retail, luxury, jewelry/watch, beauty, tech, lifestyle, CPG, auto, spirits, and more

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing and Creative Strategy in a media company or similar. A Bachelor’s Degree is helpful but not required with strong experience. Solutions-focused, highly creative and strategic problem-solver who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at any given time.
  • Must have experience developing and executing multi-platform programming that leverages digital media, content, experiential, social, and influencer strategy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to create clear, effective and visually-engaging proposal decks in Keynote/PPT/Google Slides with strong storytelling and mocks
  • Skilled at working collaboratively across varying departments (Sales, Branded Content, Creative, Data, Planning, Influencer, Brand Marketing, etc) with an ability to thrive in fast-paced, ever changing environment and work with unknowns
