The Digital Marketing team are responsible for developing campaigns and launches through digital channels. Supporting with expertise and partnership to bring activities to life across the consumer journey ending in conversion. Additionally, the team are responsible for identifying and supporting in-season commercial opportunities in line with business priorities.

This role reports to the Digital Marketing Director Region North and can be based out of London, Amsterdam or Copenhagen.

Responsibilities include:
  • Digital Marketing - Partner with Marketing Managers across the Northern Region to extend and deepen storytelling online. Build elevated plans that increase awareness and conversion of campaigns and initiatives across retailer digital channels and own sites. Drive traffic and sales growth on and offsite using performance marketing and marketing strategy; CRM, search, display and targeting.

  • Commercial Marketing - Partner cross functionally to define the business needs and plan ecommerce marketing opportunities to drive revenue increases, aligned to strategic priorities. Work closely with the Content team to ensure a robust flow of content to promote and drive in season sell thru of products. Leverage partner capabilities to unlock and maximise impact.

  • Marketing Innovation - Move Marketing to the next level within the digital space. Keep the wider business informed of innovations in digital marketing. Test new channels, activities, technologies and platforms to connect with new consumers. Identify opportunities to increasable the visibility of CK and TH brands online. Partner closely with Marketing Managers to ensure that brand messaging is consistent.

  • Increase Performance - Measure performance of investments and suggest ways to improve ROI & KPI's (ROAS, CPC, LTV etc.). Build processes to be more digitally centric. Success in the role is measured by a combination of sales growth, marketing performance and efficiency of marketing spend.
