The Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Team

The Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Team guides the daily performance of our business, from ensuring products are listed and promotions are set up, to optimizing site experience, to conceiving of new campaigns and marketing channels to usher in new growth.


Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will oversee the daily management and operations of digital marketing programs.


    • You will manage our social media agency and assist in the optimization of audience, creative, and budgets. You will also apply A/B testing strategies and creative thinking to help increase revenue. (Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest)
    • You will manage affiliate marketing agency, identify areas of opportunity to help optimize performance across main publishers while continuing the onboarding of new publishers.
    • You will perform a/b testing across channels to improve performance and inform campaign and creative strategies.
    • You will use CDP to create audiences and deploy personalized marketing campaigns across performance marketing channels with the goal of driving retention and customer loyalty.
    • You will work with the supply and commercial team to ensure understanding on new releases, and other key moments that can be applied across our paid marketing strategy.
    • You will manage the relationship of programmatic, CTV, influencer, and ad hoc digital marketing partners.
    • You will work with the creative department developing briefs for performance marketing assets.
    • You will work with the analytics department developing weekly and monthly reporting that can be used to help improve the performance of paid marketing programs highlighting successes, failures, trends, and opportunities.
    • You will stay up-to-date on the evolving digital marketing landscape, research and pitch new marketing vendors, technologies, and tactics.


    • You have 4+ Years of Digital Marketing experience
    • You have experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager and Affiliate Reporting Platforms
    • You have basic understanding of marketing technology
    • You have advanced project management skills, ability to complete projects on time
    • You are able to translate data and turn it into actionable revenue driving ideas
    • You have experience managing multiple agencies
