Position: Ecommerce Assistant
Reporting To: E-Commerce Manager
Assisting the day-to-day running of our online store. This will encompass Product Launches, Image Management, SEO, CRM, Stock Management and the opportunity to develop as the business grows.
Product upload and website content
Assisting with seasonal upload of new products and data for UK website, using the content management system, as well as maintenance of existing products and inventory within the CMS.
Image management - Looking after the Image folders on the shared drive and resizing and uploading all new product imagery to Shopify in time for product launches.
Hosting the bi-weekly product notes meeting and liaising with production/buying and our copywriter to ensure all product information is accurate for publication.
Organising ‘related items’ on the website product page, suggesting coordinating pieces to drive sales.
Owning and managing the “Coming Soon” web page – updating the merchandising team when new products are loaded and making sure these are loaded in a timely manner to generate interest and keep the customer informed.
Working with the Ecom team on seasonal sale setup.
Working with the Ecommerce Operation Coordinator to monitor daily out of stock items and returns on the site to ensure maximum stock visibility at all times.
Digital Marketing and CRM
Work with the Ecommerce Manager on our SEO strategy. Creation of new collection pages to improve our organic reach. Monitor the keywords suggested and feedback to team and copywriter. Make sure all webpages are re-directed appropriately when taken offline.
Assisting the Graphic Designer and copy writer on uploading seasonal blogs to the website.
Look after the websites product reviews and feeding back to the team key pieces of customer information.
Maintaining the Virtual Shopping page. Keeping the videos and product up to date and relevant to the launches that week.

Knowledge / Skills:
Preferably previous experience in Shopify or CMS
Preferably previous experience working in Fashion/Retail
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Resilient and adaptable with ability to use initiative in a demanding and fast paced environment
The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills and team -orientation
Enthusiastic with a can – do attitude to new challenges
