Position Overview
The Manager, Connected Retail is responsible for driving the integration of digital and physical tools to deliver a seamless experience to our customers. Connected Retail enables associates and customers to engage and transact in new ways inside and outside the store. The role coordinates with a broad range of performance partners to develop and implement new solutions. The manager of Connected Retail is responsible for capturing requirements, driving the development and implementation of new solutions and working with the stores to ensure adoption. Understanding project management and implementation from a digital perspective is critical for the role. Another important aspect is to and constantly train and engage the store teams to ensure solutions are being embraced and responsible for connected sales and is coming up with action plan to grow the business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver new solutions:
• Collect and formalize business requirements, incorporating needs from both a retail and digital perspective.
• Establish project plan to deliver solution
• Lead performance partner to deliver project plan
• Problem solve to eliminate any roadblocks
• Coordinate testing and pilots
• Communicate progress update to the business Implement in store:
• Partner with store leadership to plan implementation
• Assess change management required
• Design and document new processes
• Engage store community on change
• Develop training program
• Engage store to ensure adoption
• Track and monitor progress
• Establish action plan to support opportunities stores
• Drive sales and continuous improvement:
• Capture stores & customers feedback
• Monitor sales performance
• Engage opportunity stores
• Support ongoing development through training and coaching
• Establish action plan with performance partner to grow sales
• Continuously upgrade solution and processes

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution and follow upskills · Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal, facilitation) and the ability to interact with all levels ofmanagement · Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. · Strong analytical, conceptual and technical skills; ability to understand systems andreporting · Ability to navigate several different systems and varying levels oftechnology · Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple demands and competing prioritiessuccessfully · Must have a strong sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently and make effective well thought outrecommendations · Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, creative and time sensitive when faced with multiple demands and challengingdeadlines · Previous digital experience (preferably retail e-commerce) · Solid understanding of how to lead projects merging digital and brick-and-mortar experiences. · Previous Corporate Store Operations Experience · Previous Retail Store Experience · Ability totravel · Ability to manage end-to-end projects andevents · Must be able to work various hours depending on project scope andneeds Excellent Excel skills; Strong Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite
