About the Role
The Digital Designer is responsible for supporting the Franchise Marketing Team as part of the creative marketing team, playing a key role in enhancing the design, visualization and preparation of assets for digital, site, email and social. The role will be responsible in working across multiple Gap Inc Brands. This role has no direct reports but will support and coach internal teams as the expert within the team on brand digital creative and asset creation delivering an elevated Gap Inc., omni customer experience.
This role calls for a hard-working, organized and truly multi-disciplined candidate who can work across a variety of creative and design projects.
Your usual place of work will be Gap Inc, The Office Group, Borough Yards, 13 Dirty Lane, London, SE1 9PA. You will not be required to work solely from the office as you are able to work from home within your role. We operate a hybrid working model and therefore times you will need to attend will be flexible and will depend on the needs of the business. This will be planned and agreed between you and your line manager.

What You'll Do
- Support the marketing team with a range of art working requests.
- Work to tight deadlines and across a number of briefs at one time
- Must be able to use both design & art working skills in day-to-day work in equal measure.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Gap Inc brands creative - and how it is applied across channels
- Adaption of seasonal e-commerce and online marketing assets for the Gap Inc Brands to meet international requirements. Inclusive of branding assets (i.e., guidelines, logos, fonts, etc.), marketing imagery, videos, mechanical files, hero banners, category banners, look book assets, catalogue banners, homepage, social advertising assets, marketing story asset creation, newsletter banners.
- Review and approve marketing materials and layouts for multiple partners across multiple brands.
- Development of creative for country ecommerce launches and local events.
- Offer new ideas, insights, guidelines and techniques to the brand's communication output.
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a similar equivalent
- Able to work both independently and as part of the wider creating marketing team, the right candidate must have solid competency of designing for print and digital applications across multiple disciplines for global partners.
- Proven commercial experience in Digital and online with a thorough understanding of e-commerce and online marketing.
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Xd, Premier Pro and Illustrator packages). Desirable- Amination.
- Proven ability to generate and visualize concepts to a high standard
- Working knowledge of job and asset management systems Workfront, WebDAM, Adobe Experience Manager, Office 365
- Excellent organization and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent at multi-tasking, effective time management skills + ability to manage / prioritize workload
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
