Quality Assurance Auditor

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

1/ Pre-Production & Risk Assessment

• Participate into the Risk Assessment, Pre-Production meeting & Pilot run production
• Monitor bulk production comply with PPS
• Write the Pre-Production report

2/ Production

• Perform In-Line & Final inspection
• Monitor production quality and schedule
• Report to the planning team any production delay
• Ensure factory production controls (SOP) are in place and respected
• Manage approval factory QA (FCQA) performance
• Packing reviewing compliance
• Conduct GMP audit
• Follow up product safety & mold control effectiveness

3/ CAP

• Help with CAP investigation and fact gathering
• Follow up CAP & Report on CAP effectiveness
• Follow up GMP audit failure & OQL findings

4/ Reporting

• Fill daily and weekly report about:
  • Pre-Production results
  • Production status and Quality
  • Final inspection results
• Report monthly on factories improvement, systems, issues, innovation etc

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years background in a similar senior position, preferable from within a fast paced fashion environment
• High School and above
• Strong knowledge of the quality management field with proven record of technical capability in the footwear industry
• Proactive & willing to accept new knowledge

Skills:

• Experience in Word & Excel , MS Office
• Fluency in Mandarin or Vietnamese and Written English
• Be able to communicate effectively across the team and organization
• Effectively works at long distances
• Work proactively according to defined schedules and deadlines with high accountability
• Be able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
