The THNY Creative Studio is a full-service, in-house integrated creative agency, supporting marketing and communications initiatives for Tommy Hilfiger, The Americas.

The Studio Team is responsible for all areas of creative development and execution across all marketing channels supporting the E-commerce, Wholesale, Company Stores (Outlet) and Adaptive business.

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for helping bring the brand to life across various assets. Scope of work includes but not limited to POS collateral, DTC (Direct-to-Consumer), emails, site content, social and paid media. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and have experience working in a similar in-house brand in the fashion/retail space.

  • Assist Creative leads to develop and execute content that will be used across all mediums from print collateral, emails, site content and digital assets.
  • Partner with Business leads, Producers and Project Managers on day-to-day creative updates.
  • Supports the pre- and post-production of various digital and print initiatives.
  • Assist with multiple design projects and create design solutions in a fast-paced, deadline driven high-energy,collaborativeenvironment.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow guidelines to create visually striking experiences, and innovate best design practices that engage consumers.
  • Execute creative designs in support of website usability improvements and marketing campaigns.
  • Support the conception and creation of digital video ad products, such as display and rich media ads.
  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team, using expertise in social media design, motion graphics and photography and typography.
  • Offer smart and thoughtful creative solutions to a brief or project.
  • Communicate design rationales and respond to cross functional feedback.
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time.
  • Maintain positive work environment with high creative standards.

  • BA / BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent (portfolio required)
  • At least 2 years of experience at similar brand in fashion/retail space
  • Apparel industry experience preferred (agency or in-house)
  • A refined taste level with expert design and typography skill
  • Print production knowledge and experience
  • In depth knowledge of the digital design and how to apply an idea to each platform
  • hands-on experience executing digital creative assets from scratch (e.g., websites, banner ads, marketing emails, newsletters, landing pages and social media content)
  • Strong knowledge of fashion photography history and trends
  • Ability to concept design solutions with limited direction
  • Extremely detail oriented, well organized, strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player with positive "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to take direction and provide multiple solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize (quickly and efficiently) with tight deadline and follow through
  • An understanding of consumer priorities and ability to strive to exceed expectations
  • Remain current in the graphic/digital design industry; identify new techniques and trends
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.), Sketchapp and Figma
