We are looking for an experienced sales & account executive that will be on the frontline of  driving forward the circular economy in the textiles industry.  We already engage and work with major global fashion brands and leading textile-to-textile recyclers. This is a ground- breaking opportunity for a forward thinking solutions driven individual.

About Reverse Resources

We have and continue to build a SAAS platform to digitise, connect and scale global textile-to-textile recycling. What does this mean - we are working hard to solve the global textile waste problems hand in hand with fashion brands from around the world, garment manufacturers, recyclers and large international organisations such GFA (Global Fashion Agenda), UNIDO and many others. 

About you

We seek a highly innovative problem solver to come alongside the growing team at Reverse Resources to assist us in growing our current and potential client base. The role will focus on B2B sales and working with multiple industry stakeholders which translates to you having the ability to function in a highly dynamic environment. Coupled with this, international experience, knowledge of digital product platforms, sustainability/circularity in the fashion & textile industry, dealing with a diverse client base, NGOs and government organisations will lead to you succeeding in this position. 

Your job will include

Generating new business using existing and potential customer networks ranging from fashion brands, garment manufacturers, recyclers, and post consumer sorters.

Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to ensure long-term success

Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

Report on the status of accounts and transactions

Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

Monitor sales metrics (monthly/quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Assist with growing online sales & marketing

Ideally, we are looking for

5 + years’ experience in sales/account management.

Experience with sales of SaaS platforms/subscriptions, preferably related to trading, marketplaces, traceability and/or supply chain.

Experience in both start-up and corporate work environments

Sustainable business practice and/or circular business models insight/experience.

Can work independently/remotely and have the maturity to engage with role-players in the commercial, governmental and non-governmental sectors.

High proficiency with Google Workspace products, visualisation as well as project management/sales tools.

Exposure and experience in the textile industry is a big plus.
