Regional Technical Services Manager, Greater China

General Summary:

The Manger of Regional Technology Services for Greater China will support the unique technology needs of all Tiffany sites and services located within the market.

Reporting to the Regional IT Director and partnering with members of corporate IT and external support, this manager will coordinate and oversee technology deployments supporting existing, new, and temporary retail facilities.

As a key member of the global community of technology managers, this position will collaborate with corporate IT teams as a matrix report to the CTO, to ensure that business needs are represented and supported appropriately and will deliver technology services aligned with corporate standards.

Global and local project initiatives will be managed based on best practices set forth by the project management office and the business.

She or he will ensure that an exceptional level of support is being provided to the retail business. This includes managing internal team members, as well as 3rd party resources, and service providers.
