Working in the Digital Merchandising team within the E-commerce department, you will be driving the execution of our digital merchandising strategy, ensuring we're adapting both our product presentation & functionality to the needs of our customers and in line with our business goals.


Having a strong commercial acumen and the aim to get hands on in both product presentation and shopping experience are must haves. This role has direct impact on what a user sees and experiences onsite.

What you will be doing:

  • Executing the in-season digital merchandising strategy for our own and operated platforms (web & app) across product categories and genders, focusing on different user journeys, ensuring we're contributing to business growth and the best online shopping experience
  • Carrying out daily checks across all websites & app - product information, categorisation, filtering, sorting is correct and set out in a logical way to the customer - correct where needed.
  • Driving conversion rate & sales via optimisation of our configurable toolset: onsite search, sorting rules, product placement, navigation & filter usability - working closely with the Digital Merchandising Manager
  • Advising on product selects and asset linking strategy for online editorials / marketing, newsletters and promotional campaigns, as well as preparing and (visual) merchandising curated pages
  • Using web analytics tools to understand and report on product & category performance on a weekly and seasonal basis
  • Using and analysing data captured, test and review online user behaviour to improve performance
  • Initiating and setting up weekly reports, capturing relevant KPI data which will help improving customer proposition, journey & conversion
  • Working with Buying team to identify product winners / losers and reacting accordingly
  • Providing overall support across wider projects and teams related to digital merchandising


Our ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital merchandising, ideally with a fashion brand or retailer
  • Strong IT and numerical skills - data driven mindset and comfortable with pulling data from multiple sources and the use of spreadsheets
  • IT proficient with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Experience with E-commerce and web analytics platforms is a must (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with CX analytics platform Contentsquare is a big plus
  • Experience with digital project management tools (e.g. JIRA, DevOps, Monday.com) is a plus
  • Great organisational and time management skills - ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a proactive, 'can do' approach
  • Self-motivated, business acumen, brand understanding and the ability to use creative and critical thinking to solve complex problems in the area of digital merchandising
