The Role: Wholesale Coordinator

Reporting to: Head of Wholesale

Core working hours: Full-time

Location: London, United Kingdom

Brief Overview:

Working closely with the Head of Wholesale to ensure the wholesale department runs smoothly. You will be responsible for the daily wholesale activity of the company, maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities – Including but not limited to:

• Maintain the order book, all customer enquiries and data management– always ensuring accuracy and efficiency.  
• Oversee the showroom diary, showroom maintenance and sample management.
• Assist with showroom appointments under the direction of the Head of Wholesale.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams such as design, production and logistics to ensure all deliveries are made on time.
• Sufficiently raise invoices, credits and return authorisations.
• Monitor and analyse customer sell through reports on a weekly basis.  
• Day to day management of the wholesale customer base – ensuring that all customer details are frequently updated.

Key Attributes:

• Experience working in wholesale in a head office environment.
• Previous administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate skills in Excel.
• Understanding of the retail supply chain function.
• Previous experience with Zedonk is desired.
• Ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Enthusiastic and driven with a positive attitude.
