As our organization continues to grow within the LVMH group, we are looking for a confident, driven and experienced individual to join our Sydney Flagship Boutique as a Store Concierge on a part-time basis.

Your role in the Tiffany Legacy

For many of our customers, a visit to Tiffany is something to be treasured. Whether they are pampering themselves with an indulgent treat or shopping for a memorable gift. They bring us their greatest dreams - of style, glamour and love - and it is our obligation to honor those dreams with grace and artful understanding.

In your role you will:
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring the Tiffany experience - uniquely tailored and personalized customer service
  • Manage the private appointments, butlers and store supplies
  • Ensure the store presentation is immaculate at all times
  • Conduct a stock take on Alcohol and related assets on a regular basis and be responsible for stock replenishment
  • Manage 5 appointment rooms and up to 20 client appointments on a daily basis
  • Support the maximization of sales through outstanding customer service and operational support
  • Represent the elegance of our iconic brand and influence your clients with impeccable presentation
  • Deliver an uncompromising luxurious experience, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Perfect Fit?
  • Be a Blue Box Enthusiast with a passion for customer service
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a service-based industry
  • Hospitality/Retail qualifications (preferred)
  • Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft skills
  • Be a people person with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with the team
  • Flexibility to work traditional retail trading hours, including weekdays and weekends (20 hours per week).
